The overall pose for Lugia is very nice, and the lines for the lineart are nice and not messy at all. However, in some places the line gets a little bit bumpy, especially on the back and around the base of the right wing. The angle of that wing is a little funny. It makes the wing seem to be barely attached to the bird, which is probably not the case (though, since it's a fictional character, I wouldn't really know!) Also, the eyes are missing shines needed to make them seem more alive. The last area of interest are the plates the eyes are on. They are the wrong shape and angle for Lugia. On official Lugia pictures, they bend back and have the same point as the back of the head, even in odd poses like this one. Instead of being triangles, they are more like a bizarre, unequally-sided diamonds. Overall, this was a pretty well executed piece, good job
